Le dépistage précoce des enfants abusif et dangereux selon les experts
Des membres de la Commission des Citoyens pour les Droits de l’Homme (CCDH) Clermont ont manifesté, le samedi 21 juillet de 16h30 à 18h30, Place de Jaude puis devant l’Hôpital psychiatrique Ste Marie, à Clermont Ferrand, pour sensibiliser le grand public à l’escroquerie intellectuelle et au lobbying menés par la psychiatrie.
Le nombre d’enfants traités pour hyperactivité est passé de 7 000 en 2005 à 15 000, poussé par le marketing des labos pharmaceutiques et la demande des psychiatres pour un dépistage précoce des enfants même en bas âge et dans les écoles. Un article récent sur « boursier.com » indique que « Ces médicaments (il s’agit tout bonnement d’amphétamines) génèrent des ventes tout à fait considérables sur le marché américain ». Il faut savoir qu’environ 2 millions d’enfants américains sont traités par la Ritaline et autres produits similaires et que l’ouverture du marché de l’hyperactivité en Europe accroît encore les bénéfices.
La CCDH pense qu’il est vain de croire que la France sera épargnée alors que nous sommes déjà les premiers « clients » Européens de ce système abusif. Pierre Vican, s’interroge dans son livre « Nos enfants, cobayes de la psychiatrie ? » sur la légitimité de cette politique de prévention généralisée dans les écoles, dont les principes ne sont pas sans rappeler une certaine volonté eugéniste d’avant-guerre.
De quoi s’inspire cette politique de contrainte thérapeutique que des milliers d’observateurs dénoncent dans une pétition nationale comme une ambition normalisatrice de la population infanto juvénile ? De références standardisées par la psychiatrie neurobiologique anglo-saxonne, publiées dans le DSM - Manuel diagnostique et statistique des troubles mentaux - la «bible » de l’Association américaine de psychiatrie. Les fiches diagnostiques qui s’y trouvent décrivent 374 pathologies mentales dont les bases ne reposent sur aucune preuve scientifique mais dont l’existence… est votée à main levée lors de réunions professionnelles dites de «consensus ».
Certains psychiatres dénoncent de mauvais diagnostics basés sur des critères arbitraire, sans véritable examens médicaux. De plus en plus de médecins s’accordent d’ailleurs sur le fait que de nombreuses causes peuvent créer les symptômes attribués par les psychiatres à l’« hyperactivité ».
De plus, les études récentes mettent en lumière ou confirment les effets secondaires très dangereux de ces
« traitements » pour les enfants étiquetés « hyperactifs »; notamment problèmes de suicides et problèmes cardiovasculaires pouvant conduire à la mort. Cela a conduit la FDA (Agence américaine d’autorisation de mise sur le marché des médicaments) à demander qu’une mise en garde majeure soit apposée sur les boites de ces « médicaments », avertissement le plus sévère qui soit envers cette classe de produits qui dérivent des amphétamines.
Et, pour le docteur Rémi Bailly, praticien à l’hôpital de la Pitié-Salpêtrière, à Paris, « la médicalisation est un moyen,
pas une fin, elle agit sur le symptôme, mais ne résout pas entièrement la cause ».
La CCDH encourage aussi bien les politiques, les administrations et les professionnels de santé, que les citoyens qui sont les premiers concernés, à ne pas continuer sur le modèle des États-unis mais à trouver un équilibre en développant et favorisant les thérapies alternatives avec succès.
